How to Order


If you need assistance with your order please contact us by e-mail or telephone us on 07957 713153. Please do not call after 9.00 pm at night if at all possible.

Orders can only be taken via the internet web site. We do not take orders by telephone or by e-mail. The only exception is for people visiting in person whereby we will take your order while you wait.


To order from our online shop please select from the product menu on the left hand side of the page. Select the product you are interested in and click on the link. If this is face paints for example you can go to a page that lists all the face paint brands or go a step further on the menu and select the brand you are interested in. The range available for that brand will then be shown. Click on the link you require for example it may be Snazaroo. You will be shown a list of Snazaroo pot sizes and the range we have ie classic, metallic or sparkle. Click on the appropriate link and a list of colours available will be given. Once you have decided which colour you wish to order click on the "add to cart" button and this will add your item to the cart. Alternatively for more information click on the "more info" link and it will take you to a page with description, how to use your product, ingredients and material safety data sheet information.  Then continue to order as before.  The site will also show you the cart so that you can clearly see the item has been added.  Repeat this process until all your items are added. You may then click the "review and checkout" option on the basket. Once you have reviewed your basket, click on "checkout".  Fill in the required details and select which option you wish to pay with. Alternatively if you already have an account with us please sign in.

It is down to the purchaser to ensure that the correct delivery address is entered at the time of ordering.

You can pay via Opayo formerly SagePay, Paypal or bank transfer.  We no longer accept cash or cheque payments.

We must receive payment of the whole of the price for the goods that you order before your order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us we will confirm that your order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide on your order form. Our acceptance of your order brings into existence a legally binding contract between us.


You are now able to search by BRAND.  Select from the drop down box at the top left of the home page or similar pages and click on the brand you wish to look at.  This will bring all products up that are available from that brand.


There is a search option available at the top right of the page.  This allows you to search by colour, brand and a wide range of other options.  For example, if you enter the colour blue it will bring up all products that are blue in colour.


All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. If the goods you have ordered are not available from stock, the item will be omitted from the dispatch note emailed to you on dispatch.  If we can (time allowing) we will contact you by e-mail or phone (if you have given us details), or make a note on the invoice.  Please make sure you read the dispatch note when you receive it and If an item is unavailable you have the option to either wait until the item is available from stock, to cancel your whole order or just that item. It is the customers responsibility to check the dispatch note. We may also fill the order if we have the same item available in a bigger size. We will never give you less than you ordered.  


You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point on which you click on “submit” during the ordering process.  It is the customers responsibility to check that their order is correct at checkout before clicking "submit".  


The prices payable for goods that you order are as set out in our website. All prices are including VAT and are correct at the time of entering information.


You will need to provide us with your e-mail address and we will notify you by e-mail as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order and to confirm details. An acceptance of your order will take place on despatch of the good(s) ordered.


We will charge your account for payment upon receipt of your order. We accept no liability if a delivery is delayed because you did not give us the correct payment details and payment failed. If it is not possible to obtain full payment for the goods from your account then we can cancel the order and or suspend any further deliveries to you. This does not affect any other rights we may have.

Currency and Exchange Rates

We are a UK based website and work in GBP.  Currency shown in anything other than GBP is an estimate.  The cart uses the customer's IP address to ascertain which currency to show the customer.  It is down to the customer to check the exchange rate used by their payment provider and whether they wish to continue with payment.

We do not issue refunds for differences in exchange rates.

Special Orders

We can order items in specially if requested. There may be a delay while we source them from the supplier. Please note that anything ordered as a special delivery cannot be returned unless faulty.

Please also note that some products are imported and can incur a delay of up to 28 days.
