Please note: Although we don't have statement from TAG paints regarding neons, they are the same as Diamond FX. We therefore, wish to bring to your attention that the green, magenta, pink and yellow neon products found in the neon split cake are for use in special effects and use in hair and are not suitable for use as cosmetics according to EU regulations. These colours are approved by the FDA for use as a cosmetic item. USA is the only country in the world where such an item may be distributed labelled as "for cosmetic purposes". TAG blue and violet neon are safe to use on skin according to the FDA and EU regulations! The statement "not a cosmetic item, not intended for cosmetic application" is for legal reasons only.
