These paints require very little water to activate them.  Be careful not to add to much water as the paint will go gloopy.  If this happens leave with the lid off in a warm place to dry out.

Remove with soap and water.

Nice and bright, but very stainy
Saturday, 9 January 2016  |

I've not used a split cake before so hard to compare. The colours are lovely and bright and the paint has a nice consistency, drying nicely too. I think it will take a bit of practice to get the end result looking really nice though. One word of warning, the green and purple were very hard to remove - I couldn't get them off the sponge even with soap, and my daughter was a bit cross at the amount of soapy scrubbing I was having to do near her eye to get it off her skin.
