PAYMENT You can order using the online
shop and pay via Nochex. Paypal or bank transfer for immediate dispatch. Alternatively, you
can select to pay by cheque, postal order or cash, although this may result in a slower dispatch time in the case of cheques and postal orders. Cheques and postal orders should be made
payable to JEM Body Art. (Face Paints Direct is part of the JEM Body Art Group).
Payments by cash are only accepted for orders being collected in person. If you are paying by credit card or through paypal your order will go out same day or next available working day. If you opt to pay by cheque or postal order and have your item posted it will not be sent until after your cheque or postal order is received. Any items collected in person must be paid for at the time of collection.
YOUR ORDER FAILED AT PAYMENT STAGE If your order failed at the payment stage you do not need to re-enter it. You may use the second icon down for Nochex or pay into paypal at sales@facepaintsdirect.co.uk. If you wish to send a cheque instead please let us know and make it payable to JEM Body Art. Thank you.
NOCHEX Information for Customers Who Have Used Nochex to Make a PaymentNochex provide a secure online payment service enabling Face Paints Direct to accept e-money payments funded by credit and debit cards. The vast majority of these e-money payments are completed without a problem but sometimes things do not go according to plan. You do not need an account to pay through Nochex. However, should we need to refund you we cannot do this from Nochex unless you have an account with them. As an alternative we will send a cheque. Transactions will appear on your card or bank statements as "Nochex" and not as Face Paints Direct. If for any reason you need to pay us anything through Nochex without going through checkout you can pay by clicking on the logo just below. Please note: Nochex has strict fraud security measures and your billing address and credit card address need to match otherwise your payment may fail.

BANK TRANSFER Bank transfer is unlikely to fail unless you enter the account details wrongly. Once you have selected the bank transfer option at checkout you will be given our account details so that you may log on to your own banking system to make the transfer or go to your local branch. You will not be able to go direct to your bank account from checkout due to security issues with allowing carts to do this. it woudl also be a programming nightmare!! Please ensure you have written the details down correctly. Any issues with an incorrect transfer would have to be taken up with your own bank.
CHEQUE Cheques can be used to pay for a transaction. However, your items will not be despatched until your cheque is received. This can mean a delay of 3-4 days before sending your order out. Cheques should be made payble to JEM Body Art.
CASH COLLECTING IN PERSON It is possible come in person and collect your order provided you contact us on 07925 713153 to arrange a convenient collection time.
