An essential tool for creating realistic bruise effects in a flash. Bruises change colour gradually. Initially they are very red, then gradually change to marroon and finally yellowish green. Simply layer these colours with a stipple sponge. For example drag a stipple sponge dipped in burnt maroon over makeup to create fresh scrapes and cuts or a "road rash" effect. Then drag through a little Midnight Sky to create asphalt dirt. This palete covers all the stages of a healing bruise: Bloody Rose, Midnight Sky, Burnt Maroon, Spanish Olive and Maize Yellow. If you wish to take off the shine when creating an older bruise with Spanish Olive and Maize Yellow use Colorset powder™. Click here for tutorial. (May be slow to download as large PDF).
